Tripmasters burned my wife and I on a trip to Turkey. two weeks before departure they told us the local company cancelled. No refunds for the flight, only a 6 month credit which was worthless for us. Nosotros will NEVER use them again.

We have used this company for our Europe trip 2 times.We did study the places the hotels and how far their locations to areas where we want to visit.We also made certain that the flight schedules are convenient for united states.Nosotros planned our 3day activities in each places we go to so it will not be time constrained.The agent that helped us was and so knowledgeable every bit she knew some places.So far our trip in London,Paris,Barcelona,Venice,Florence Rome had been memorable..I would recommend tripmaster.We were able to visit the places that we wanted to without feeling stressed..We are planning again for our next trip to Rome (again) equally our kids were not able to join us in our first trip and they are both history minded kids then to Greece.

I booked first time with Tripmasters . Vicky Rodriguez was agent . she is no good at all. we took 5 cities in Espana .
we had hotel rooms problems in Cordoba & Granada .we got very modest rooms with no air-conditioned working /no place to keep our 3 numberless. hotel turned on oestrus on nighttime fourth dimension & we were sweating in room. I went front desk to change room, but instead told me they got very less money for my booking & can not help. we sleep 2 night in each city (full 4) with out air-conditioned. they told 3-4 star hotel but reality not even 1 or zero star.
I chosen tripmasters afterward came back to get me bounty for inconvenience. instead helping Vicky Rodrigues telling that it was preplanned to become refund. she was rude & unprofessional / hang up my telephone call . She is not good for company.
besides airline broke my luggage on Madrid.i did complaint to Iberia Airline . as per them booking was done via travel agent so contact for baggage claim. besides they pass up to requite my travel insurance cancelation corporeality & when I filed dispute with my credit card visitor to get refund.
they will not get my booking any more than also will tell to stay away this Tripmasters.
everything was over priced including hotels .which is very cheap when i checked personally staying there.
they take more money & pay less also they do not give client relation number.

This company is non a good company to travel. they take more money for trip & pay less to everywhere including hotels . no refund or customer service provided in one case you lot finished your trip.

We booked pre covid and had to rebook…

We booked pre covid and had to rebook our entire trip after. They concluded up charging us about double with each stride of the mode. Even with insurance they did not assist getting our coin back. Very poor advice at times.

One time finally booked nosotros arrived in Rome in September 2021 at our hotel… which was closed down since November 2020. No customer service or assistance to get us another hotel so we had to pay over $800 out of our pocket for another hotel.

When we asked for a refund they told the states they would check into information technology, eventually refunding us well-nigh half our money we paid out for the new hotel. They told us to also go through travel insurance which has been zero assistance also. Even so waiting…..

Later on overcharging us and paying out over $4,000 more than dollars this was not the way to go. Each pace of the way was another few hundred dollars from the original purchase price for our package. With no refund available only future credit they pretty much hijack y'all into being forced to employ them.


Waiting on $3400 2 months.

Very unhappy with tripMasters we have used them for several trips and were always very happy.
We booked a trip to ii Islands in Hawaii, we ended upwards postponing the trip because #i the governor of Hawaii pleaded with tourists to not come. #two my husband was very sick and unable to travel at the time. They said we'd get all except about $90 in vouchers back. Nosotros have waited 2 months, haven't gotten anything. I accept chosen several times I'm e'er told its almost done.

I'd recommend a different travel company

We booked a trip to Italia in Feb 2021. There were very skilful values available that I assume was due to the pandemic situation. Nosotros booked a vacation to Italy that consisted of 3 nights in each of Venice, Florence, and Rome. Due to the value, we fabricated the following upgrades to the itinerary. We upgraded the air transportation to business class for all flights. We upgraded the track transportation to outset grade coaches. We upgraded the accommodations in Rome because we desired a specific hotel bachelor in their list. We likewise booked all of our touring activities through Trip Masters.

When the original booking was made, not only did we book business class but we also booked efficient transportation minimizing layovers. This included ii layovers, 1 being an international location, on the flights to Italia. However, we specifically worked to ensure that we had a direct flight from Rome to the US.

Afterward having "confirmed" tickets for all transportation and "confirmed" reservations for the tours, a month before the departure nosotros began receiving emails indicating that unfortunately there were modifications required to our itinerary. Here is where the "fun" began...

Showtime, afterwards half-dozen months of having "confirmed" airfare we began receiving correspondence indicating issues with the "confirmed" air itinerary. The route going to Italy was changed with comparable routing. However, later nosotros were informed that our direct flight from Rome to Chicago was no longer available. When I checked the airline website, the flight was nonetheless showing on the airlines schedule. Trip Masters only response to this information indicated that there was no business concern course seats available. They had no response when I asked how that was possible since we had been "confirmed" since February other than to say that their supplier had indicated that there were no seats available. The company "offered" a couple alternating routes. Their first option introduced additional international layovers. Ane option was a straight flying from Rome to Dallas (DFW). After authorizing that option, I was soon contacted and informed that this option had no business concern course seats available. Three new options were made available with their first choice having a 10-hour layover at an international destination! Merely one option offered reasonable layover times but had an international layover in Kingdom of spain. I again authorized this modification, which is what was ultimately confirmed.

Second, equally nosotros approached the departure date, we received an electronic mail from Trip Masters indicating that i of the tours we had booked (a small-scale grouping bout) was no longer available from their supplier but a private tour option was available for an additional $400! Our original cost was effectually $180. When I contacted Trip Masters, they would only confirm that the original tour was no longer available and asked if I would similar to accept the substitute bout with the additional cost. I had already opened their online tour packages that could be added and identified an identical pocket-sized grouping tour with a like company that was actually $28 cheaper than the original! Oh my, wasn't that interesting. So, the modify was fabricated to the bundle resulting in Trip Masters owing us $28. Note that at the time of this review we take all the same to receive the refund!

I wasn't too distressed since even these accommodations were very comfortable. When we boarded the second railroad train in jitney 5 to the next metropolis, our omnibus listed equally "prima" economy was much less roomy and lacked the amenities of the beginning railroad train. This led me to believe that not only were nosotros not in the showtime-class coach as booked, nosotros were not even in the business class that we were in for the first train. I am certain that Trip Masters failed to honor their obligation for the class of service booked.

In full general, I believe that Trip Masters uses pricing methods to obtain bookings and so use dishonorable methods to impose changes to "confirmed" bookings in order to obtain cheaper fares and cost savings to maximize profits with the full understanding that this will impose inconveniences to their customers.


TripMasters Penalization

In the autumn of 2019, we booked a trip to Peru for iv people to be taken in May 2020. Due to the outbreak of Covid, TripMasters canceled that trip. Nosotros advised them that nosotros would similar to reschedule for a time to come date, and so for the adjacent 18 months we heard from them periodically to tell us that they were still working on rebooking our trip.

Recently, we received an e-mail from TripMasters telling us that they have closed our case and that we volition take to forfeit more than $3300 related to flights booked on the airline that would have flown us to Peru. TripMasters says that the airline has non responded to their inquiries, therefore we lose the $3300. We had purchased trip insurance through TripMasters, but there is a pandemic exclusion on that policy.

Splendid Travel Visitor!

I have now used Trip Masters for 3 different trips to Europe and have been very pleased. I do spend a lot of time putting the trips together, choosing all the airlines I prefer and times I prefer to fly. I chose the hotels after reading reviews and I selection activities that look similar ones that fit our family. I always book airport pick ups and drop offs and all iii of our trips have been amazing and never a glitch. I have turned several friends onto trip masters and take also assisted in their selections as well. Never a trouble! I have even changed hotels afterward booking and also changed a flying to stay two days longer with no extra charge. I absolutely dearest this company equally we save thousands of dollars with every trip. I feel bad at that place have been such bad reviews due to the pandemic. Simply I experience at that place has been chaos with all trips that had been booked and cancelled during this unfortunate fourth dimension.

Not an A+ BBB Business organization

Nosotros booked a trip to Italy on January third of 2020, with stops in Venice, Florence, Assisi, and Rome. As yous might guess, it was eventually canceled, and we received "credits" from Tripmasters and the Hotel Al Sole in Venice. At the end of June 2021, nosotros decided to rebook considering Italy reopened - all the same, Tripmasters said nosotros could non utilize the hotel credit until they were able to ostend there was room bachelor for our dates. This is despite the fact the Hotel Al Sole is booking rooms through Hotels.com for our exact dates, and will possibly fill up upwards because of this lunacy. They claim they tin can't reach the hotel, fifty-fifty though the agent assigned to us says he spoke to them by phone. In short, we are being denied our consummate credit for the trip because they have no command over the situation. This is nada short of criminal!


Very belated review - never occurred to me!

I've not thought to leave a review for a travel company earlier just after doing a lilliputian Googling I realized it might non be a bad idea! I used TripMasters dorsum in late 2017 to program & volume a multi-city Europe trip for bound 2018. I didn't know what to expect as I'd never planned such a trip earlier, and I found this website & service to exist INCREDIBLY helpful and easy to use. My friend & I absolutely loved the hotels we were given and the whole procedure was just and then direct-frontwards. Plenty of emails indicating itinerary; trains tickets between cities came in the post in plenty of fourth dimension; and all the info we needed was clearly communicated. I'm deplorable to see the reviews of folks having negative experiences, but I can certainly say our experience was anything but fabulous. Looking to utilize them again for my first Italian vacation!


Very skilful service and cost

I just found Trustpilot so my review is not for a recent trip.

We used TripMasters in Sept 2018 for a trip to Manchester and so York then London then Vienna. They fabricated all flying arrangements and hotels in York and London. Nosotros made our arrangements in Manchester and Vienna.

The air travel worked wonderfully. The hotels were dandy (Hilton brand - York and boutique almost Albert/Victoria in London).

You are given many options and can spend every bit much as you desire. Or you lot tin follow their recommendation and save money. They make it your choice!

I can't wait to book with them. I travel enough to know how to check the options and selections carefully. I assume TripMaster has non inverse and will piece of work to assistance ME discover what I desire.

Great prices and not bad customer service

I have booked 2 trips through Tripmasters and both experiences were excellent. Four of us traveled to Paris with an overnight trip to south French republic. Everything was merely as promised. Our toll was unbelievably low. Hotels were every bit advertised. We did not experience any extra costs anywhere. We later on booked to Morocco, Spain, France and Monaco. The morning time of departure our connecting city of Chicago was snowed in and within thirty minutes TM had rebooked the states through Dallas. Incredible service and prices. Smashing hotel choices. We are now planning our third trip with TM.


THE WORST travel agency i have ever used

I had booked a trip to Europe and less than 45 minutes after i called to cancel and the visitor told me they have already booked the hotels, which were non-refundable. They were uncooperative to attempt and work with me on this cancellation. Exercise NOT Volume with them ever! Additionally, they're style overpriced. The hotels in the itinerary are all two star $50 hotels. i checked the times/reservation and I could accept saved hundreds of dollars booking flying and hotels separately.

Volition non be ever using this company again.

They canceled my trip to Europe due to Covid, and offered credits instead of the $5k that I spent with them. They are causing my family stress and undue hardship in already difficult times.


Tripmasters is Fab!! - neat value!!

I have traveled with Tripmasters several times- to Italia 3 times, Switzerland, Greece, Budapest and Prague. I accept recommended them to many fiends and everything has always gone great. I like having the control over the dates I travel, where I stay, where I become, in an independent style with great prices that include international airfare. It is a VERY flexible platform. The website is piece of cake to use and the phone agents are too very helpful. Prices are great. They requite you lot an app for your trip which is similar a guidebook which is really great. I recommend choosing "favorites" hotels at the highest star category and rating that yous can afford. I had a trip to Kingdom of morocco scheduled in September which was cancelled due to Covid. The company gave me a 100% credit, and I will reschedule for 2021. I understand that some of you need a refund for cancelled travel, merely y'all will get the most by rescheduling at a later appointment. It is a fourth dimension to take a deep breath and be patient. Travel companies are overwhelmed and running on a shoe string correct now. We are all in this together! Be kind and clothing a 3 layer mask. Over your nose, y'all!
